As far as I know, allinurl, allinanchor, allintext and allintitle display results according to what's in the URL, the anchor text pointing to pages, the text on the pages, and the Title text of the pages.
allinurl is useful for seeing how many pages Google has in its index for a URL; e.g. allinurl:
www.domain.com
The others may be useful to see how a page is doing for those elements, and maybe comparing it with the competition, buit don't forget that other factors are used to rank pages, so the page at #1 for a certain allinanchor searchterm doesn't necessarily have the most links pointing at it with the search term in the link text. It may have alot of PR as well.
