Understanding AdWords traffic

Trying to understand bidding in AdWords.

Does a higher bid bring better quality traffic or only more traffic? In other words, does 60 cent traffic always convert better than say 10 or 15 cent traffic? Or is it simply a decision about quantity?

There is no such thing as better quality traffic.

My answer is = simply a decision about Ads Positioning. First page or maybe last page. Bare in mine, first page does not neccesary bring more traffic . Cause more impression less click mean low CTR. Your eye catching keywords plus and it relevancy to your site ensure convertion.
