Why is Yahoo using Google's search results right now?

Does anyone know if Yahoo lost their data for search, they are using Googles database right now for some reason?

Well there is no rule that say two forums can't be wrong.

What search term did you use? Where in the world are you situated? Have you looked at this tool that give you results from all of Google datacenters?

All I can tell you is that for the term 'online pharmacy' from Waterloo Ontario Canada they are showing different results.

We found out what is happening here, unless you completely remove your history of most visited sites, temp internet files, cookies. this can happen, when I erased all the above the New Yahoo results came back.

How this could happen, seems odd, but it is happening to a lot of folks,
is yahoo storing these old searches in the database, how long do search engines keep old searches available, does anyone have a answer on that one?

The moral of the story is, unlesss you wish to look at old searches, you must remove your cookies, temp internet files and sites visited history daily, I don't like it, but unless you want to live in the past, I guess you must do this, or you can flip out like me and this other guy and many others have also.........
