I am a small business enterprise and have recently got a website for my goods. I would like to attract more and more viewers in my vicinity so as to popularize and sell my products. I am looking for a solution provider who can enhance the hits on my business site. Can someone help me out please?

As your website is new, then before thinking of a big traffic, I suggest having unique META tags placement for web pages for your site. If your website is dynamic, then do some alternatives for META tags in the web pages. Also, Content is most important factor in search engine rankings and traffic as well.

Social bookmarking and directories submissions are good in making free traffic. But just make sure about the relevancy inside and outside for your web site.

Well.....first you submit a press releaseof your site to be in news and to attract lot of visitors at the same time. Then submit your website to popular high quality Dir's and also submit your site to social bookmarking websites having large amount of daily traffic.

Starting a business blog to promote your site will be also a good idea.

Promote your site. Don't forget to do the on-page and off-page optimization. Or if you have budget and you really need traffic, then try the PPC.
