How fast Google index your pages?
It takes Google about 5-7 days to index new pages from one of my websites which well promoted, and 3-5 hours from another site which online couple weeks only.
What about you, do you have problem when it takes for Google long time to index pages.

My personal best was within 2 hours. Must have timed things right on that one.
Usually within 24 hrs I can find my new articles listed.

Every page gets indexed at different times my best record was 3 minutes. But generally only few hours the majority will take.
Every once in a while a page or so will take a few days, go figure.
This is what is interesting about the search engines.
One thing I do know if your working with a website constantly the time between pages for being indexed get smaller and smaller because the bots are in there more frequent because of new material added.
So let this be a hint more new content more bot activity and faster indexing.

I think it is not true that Google has a long time to index pages but based on my observation , blog with new article can easily index and it is within 24 hours or just a minutes.

Pingshot your site to everyone out there after you've update and submit them to Craigslist with your site link, it'll help.

I noticed that Google index index regular pages in 2-5 days (if website well promoted).
Blog posts, articles, news can appear on Google right away if links to this post added to Digg, Mixx, Newsvine, Stumbleupon, Zimbio and other social networks...

If you frequently update your site, google also will index faster. I have PR 4 sites which are rarely updated and google indexes them once in a month or so.

Update to my previous post. One of my blog page was indexed within 30 minutes and I never did anything like pinging my site, just only a plain post.
