Google Sitemap - Always an Error

I used the sitemap generator site from xml-sitemaps dot com. I use it on a regular basis but for some reason always keep getting errors. Unfortunately, Google doesn't explain what the errors are in their Webmaster Tools area.

I was just wondering if anyone else was getting sitemap errors with that site?

Even I got the same error with my sitemap.xml which always showed the problem with repeated attempts. Even I posted the error code here but none was in a position to help me. Finally I corrected it myself. Just go to the site http://www.freesitemapgenerator.com/ and register. Give your url and wait for the site to generate the code. Then save it as sitemap.xml and upload to your server. That's all. Your problem would be solved.

What's the error? What does it say? (Must say something since you know there is an error)

I have had the same problem so I just used the link that was posted by one of the other replies in this thread. Works fine now
