My site's PR is 2 but inner pages have PR 0 WHY???

how long have the inner pages been in existence? Did you submit your sitemap to google via webmaster tools?

Try to build links from your sub pages like submitting it to directories,forum posting using your sub pages as a link.

If you build more links directly to your home page, as well as deeplinking to other internal pages, all the other pages will get the rub off effect from the hompage. For example link build for the homepage, get it to pr 5, then the other internal pages should go up to 3. Like everyone else said make sure you have links from the homepage to the page you are promoting, and join google sitemaps.

That's normal. Most backlinks are pointing on home page that's why home page is often have the higher PR. Build deep link if you want your inner page to have PR too.

Connect every page with text links from every page. Your home page pr will be distributed evenly in your inner page. It works for me.

It's normal. Home page usually got high pr than inner page because it's always the landing page you use. Link are directly pointing to that page.

You will be amaze to see if your inner page got the highest PR than your indexed so just continue to build link.
