Smile Upcoming AdSense referrals changes: pricing structure changes plus retirement

If you're in North America, Latin America, or Japan, the pricing structure for AdSense referrals is changing.
If you're outside of North America, Latin America, and Japan, AdSense referrals will be retired.

it is too bad that google is keeping diferenciating publisher by its location. It happens for referal programs, but also for ads on youtube videos.
It doesn't matter, I think, if I live in Portugal or Australia, they could think in origin of traffic and not on publisher location.

True.

I've sites with mostly US traffic and those visitors are not going to have the option to discover Adsense through my referral.

Thats too bad, i know some of the websites I visit are from other countries and I really like them. I hope that those countries left out can find a similar program
