Requested url removal as per guidelines but still got denied

As I mentioned here http://www.v7n.com/forums/google-for...ng-status.html
about my removal request. I waited a long as removal and at last found all my request are denied by the removal tool.

One of the following conditions need to be fulfilled:

* Make sure the content is no longer live on the web. Requests for the page or image you want to remove must return an HTTP 404 (not found) or 410 status code.
* Block the content using a meta noindex tag.
* Block the content using a robots.txt file.

I've blocked the content using a robots.txt file. Is there any error with Google webmaster tool? or it's a fault from my end. Please help.

No, they're just very reluctant to remove things found on the web. It's quite common. Plus, if you have backlinks pointing to the site you want to remove, it becomes more difficult.

I'd keep blocking it as you have and it should eventually drop and phase out of the SERPs.

Why not try this:
  • remove the robots.txt rule
  • change the URL of tha page (make sure it sends a 404 header)
  • give the page a new URL and add robots meta tag to it (noindex, noarchive, nofollow)
  • use Google's URL removal tool to remove only the old URL
  • No need to block the new URL with robots.txt because it is "noindex". If you block it with robots.txt it might still appear in the SERPs. Google often lists pages that are blocked with robots.txt, but will not crawl the page. The "noindex" meta tag should prevent it from ever appearing in the SERPs.
