How do I get Google listing with links?

It's hard to explain so I'll just use an example. If you search for "startech" in google the top result returned is the StarTech website. Underneath the description and the URL part of the listing are a bunch of links. Examples are Downloads | Cables | KVM Switches.

When I do a search for my business (aquatell) I come up first but there aren't any of those cool links.

How the heck do I get those?

I think you are referring to site links here...I don't remember exactly what cricket told me about how to have this site links...I hope she'll have a visit on this thread to help...

Its an automated process in search engines. Those kind of sites are deemed authority by Google. Only the search engine knows how to determine that

Full House - all you have to do is go to Google and type "Startech" and then look at the results.

Yup, sounds like Site Links to me.

From what I understand, Google will include these if it determines that these internal pages will be helpful to the user. However, this usually won't happen unless you have an a) big, b) popular, and c) inter-linked.

I would guess that if your site is highly visible and highly trafficked through Google, then the crawler will try to build up these site links. But there's no way to force it to do that...

To find out more about these (and check them if your site has them), go to Google Webmaster Tools -> Dashboard -> Links -> Sitelinks.

Exactly.....its an automated proscess and if google consider a site's other internal links have more importance to its users then proably it appears as site links for a site......

Well......Do you mean Google is charging money to show sitelinks?

If I want sitelinks to appear for my site then I have to pay to google for it......?

There is nothing you can do to get them and get Google to dispaly them.
