Can you set up Google Web Services to display sponsored listings with your code?

If not what is the benefit in using them?

You can download Google Web Services

You can then display their search results on your site customising the look etc.

I am sure someone else can explain further

What is the benefit to me

I think I could probably intergrate Adwords but might I get sued or serverely told off
