How to remove SPAM sites from SERP of Google?

Hallo,

I found so many SPAM sites in Google. Here I am placing the image of the SERP

You can see this type of result when you enter query "order levitra online" in Google. You can see 2nd and 3rd page with these types of website. When user use this keyword for order levitra at that time, user can not get the proper result from Google.

Also there is so many .edu site which are not actual .edu sites but it redirects
on other site of pharmacy.

I have already send spam report for this type of result in SERP. But still nothing change in SERP.

I think now Google Loves Spam.

Let me know your suggestion now what to do.
