Site Broken In IE, Fine In FF. Google Penalized?

Hey everyone! I'm just wondering if your site's CSS has been broken for a while to users in IE, but appears fine in FF. Would this cause Google to penalize your site?

I have no idea what you are talking about!
Are you talking about the plugin that tells you the page rank?

If so reinstall your plugin - or even better remove it - it means just as much both ways.

Search engine can't see the website as you see it. Specially the markup you do in the page with css or inline style element doesn't have any value to search engines. It search for content. Content, It is only the content which matters to search engine most. So if your site is broken in ie or ff that is not a problem at all for the search engine.
