Home Page Has not been Crawled in Ages

People tell me that I'm under penalty and I can't think of anything that I've done wrong. I'm really trying to understand this. I post on forums and have a link to my site in the signature and I do a daily links section (no sites I link to have problems and all are PR's of 3 or better). Those are the only possible things I think I could have done wrong.

I have three other sites and all are fine.

Site home page was last crawled Dec 22nd.

Someone please help!

I will suggest you to use Google's very own Webmaster Central :

Use a Sitemap. and the see the site diagnosis Google provides.

Check your robots.txt file and also it will be better to check and analyse your site through webmaster tools for errors. It will sure help to find out what's the problem with your home page.

How often do you update your site? If you have not updated your site for long, at least give some fresh blood at least now. Create a sitemap.xml file and create an account with google webmaster tool and submit your sitemap to google whenever you update your content. Rest assured, google bot will spider your site sooner!
