Hi,

I want to get a good google position/ PR
i have 30$ to spare (a little here there will do)
please give me a good site/program for my purpose

directory submission etc..........

I know 30 $ is less but i am JUST A 14-YEAR OLD Webmaster

You don't need a service right now. The search engines will find you if you build links through social networks, forums, etc. You don't really need to spend any money right now, you need to do your homework, then begin.

Start reading this and other forums, blogs, etc. You have a lot of studying to do.

Too young to be a webmaster eh? anyway, just keep your 30 bucks on your wallet first.. Okay, now all you need to do is to study your lesson.. Like what Business Blogger mentioned above.. read articles about SEO.. your 30 dollars has nothing to do in gaining PR..
