Yeah it is. We used different tools to monitor our stats ever since we started optimizing our site.. And so far we don't see any negative effects..

I've been using those 3 or about a year for my new site but as of now there is no problem or even an issue that I encounter, and btw this tools are very helpful in monitoring a site so don't worry! just use it!

its possible. actually, its nice to have multiple stat monitoring sites registered on your site to get the information of each. it all depends on you whether what tool you mostly believe in...
