I must agree on that one., yeah thats why there was a lot of users using pron keywords to attract visitors but that keywords doesn't have any connection to their sites in other words spam

This is an important part of SEO for our sites is checking for relevant and popular keywords often and adjusting our sites as needed. Checking the top 100 or 50 or 10 is always interesting as well. Kinda shows you were people are at and what they are thinking about.
