Links from duplicate IP's
Im fooling around with this SEO Elite... and just did a backlink analysis in a specific website that comes up #1 for a specific keyword..... and it appears this website owns about 50 other websites that link back to it............ and its coming up "duplicate ip"

Does Google count links from duplicate IP's?
