Can you put Google ads on frames?

I think its ok with google but I doubt it will have a click, such lame placement of ads......

I just read the current TOS and I guess it has a problem with this "No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages". Because one frame could be consider a page RIGHT?

One of my friends uses frames for his adsense and the ads that are displayed are relevant to his content. But I know google won't allow this because it is considered as new page and not content based.

There is a word in TOS of Google adsense,

Quote:

You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Google services....

So meaning Altering of ads codes is not allowed... If Google don't detect you then it is fine, but be warned Google is a strict SE.. They have ears and eyes...
