Make a logo for Google
Google has started a competition making a logo for Google. The Doodle 4 Google competition is open to all students in U.S. schools from kindergarten to grade 12 (including home schoolers).

The competition will be judged in the following brackets:

* Grades K - 3
* Grades 4 - 6
* Grades 7 - 9
* Grades 10 - 12

Winners will be offered prizes.

Yeah, you're right. But I think google will only permit US based because of formal checking wether the contestant is qualified or not.
