Google shows little search box under sitelinks for popular sites.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r...S265&q=youtube - little search box under sitelinks to search on YouTube only.

Good idea Google created to keep people on Google searching more. Sponsored links appear when you search specific website.

This option work only for the most popular websites.
