Indexing more pages on Google.
You have dynamic website with many pages? Often it happened that Google can't crawl all your pages because they are too far from homepage.
To increase amount of pages indexed by Google you should:

1. Build deep links from other sites.
2. Build deep links from social networks.
3. Internal linking will help spiders to discover more pages.
4. Avoid duplicate content.
5. If you have search box on your site you can create popular search page or tag cloud with links to the most popular search phrases.
6. Sitemap.
7. More unique content on the pages.
8. Avoid url canonization

Good advice I try to link to related pages on my site as it makes the site more sticky, if a user is browsing they will click through the links on your site and stay longer.

Create both a HTML sitemap (to your sections / hubs) and XML sitemaps (listnig all URLs).

Good suggestion. Building a lot backlinks will also help to improve your SERP if you have used correct anchor texts for linking your site

Deep linking is a good way to boosts pages link popularity not just the main or index page! Since link juices are passes through each of pages...

Right. That's why we did keyword research first to be used as our anchor text.
