Duplicate meta tags, duplicate short description and blocked URL

Hi. Need some here from the more experienced bloggers/Google experts here. I've recently started using the Google webmaster tools for my blog and there were some issues noted.
First is the issue of duplicate meta description and duplicate short description. Somehow, the content analysis from the webmaster tools shows that I've got several duplicated content. Is this the result of <meta> tags in the blog? What is the solution?
Second relates to the blocked URLs and URLs not found. The Google webmaster tools actually showed that there is one URL not found, whilst several of them blocked by robots.txt. I understand that the labels in blogspot is restricted by robots.txt, BUT the blocked URLs were NOT related to labels. Does anyone know what is the reason? Any way to "unblock" the URL?

Never rely on Google webmasters tools when you start new website. Wait a little bit (2-3 month).
It takes time when Google index your site, crawl all pages, and sends information to all data centers. After Google "eat" your site it shows real information in webmaster tools.

Regarding your robots.txt file, make sure you are not blocking any pages that shouldnt be blocked. Google it to find more info, or use webmaster tools to take a look at it.
