Anchor text question

Should the anchor text of inboud links always be the same phrase? Like "good keyword"
Or should I mix it up and use anchor text like "good keyword" and "good great keyword" and "very good keyword" ?

You should use the same keyword combination until that keyword ranks well. After that, you can begin to mix it up a bit. Don't keep changing the anchor text too often because it takes a while to begin to see the effect propagate throughout the SERPs.

Yeah you could do it that way hexed or you could spread it out over the top three keywords and then pop up for all of your keywords at the same time. Slowly but surely.
