But when I put http://www.dedicate.co.uk in, however, I got:

I have seen that before, but it doesn't work.

It told me I was going to go from 6 to 11 and then I have not tried it since...still am a 6

I tried this tool a while ago. The real-world results since then have been pretty much the exact opposite of what the tool predicted.
