Why site was pulled out from search results?

My name is Roman Rudnik. I am owner of http://www.beeicons.com.
About 3I month ago I have changed a server (hoster) for my site.
After this event, Google doesn't show my site in search results.

I readed http://www.google.com/webmasters/2.html#usedtobe but can't
find a reason for this Google behavior. My site had 6/10 pagerank (up to april),
site uptime is 99,97%.

Could you please help me to know a reason, why my site was pulled
out from search results? Can you give me some advice what I should do to return my site to Google?

I have heard that its possible for a server ip address to be banned - might be a thought if your using shared hosting?

usually they do it on a site by site basis. sometimes they will want to punish hosting networks, but usually it is by domain and not IP address.

I thought I read in here before, there was a very cheap host that blocked the Googlebot somehow. I'll be damned if I can find the post again, but I know it was in here somewhere.

No, I did NOT link into any shady networks.

From December 2003 to November 2003 my hoster was HostPro.com.ua. In November 2003 I have changed it to 3fn.net and used 3fn.net until March 2004.

In March 2004 I get back to HostPro.com.ua.

From December 2003 to March 2004 my site WAS IN Search results. I don't think that HostPro.com.ua started to block Googlebot.

Moreover, I have 13 hits of Googlebot from 19 April to 12 May. But it doesn't read my HTML files.

Yes, I am using shared hosting, but I checked another sites, which are host at the same server (vsetv.com, proxima.com.ua, auto-media.net). I CAN see them into search results.
How can I check, was my IP banned or not?

I thought that it was GoDaddy that did that. You might want to search for GoDaddy to find the thread.

I looked th those and most of those have a page called link(s), is google down ranking pages called link(s) and the sites on them?

generally if a page covers the topics of casino and viagra and has the word links on it then most of those sites are probably on the edge of what some may call "spam"

Why is your site redirecting to index.htm with a 302 found header? Was it always like this? It doesn't seem nescesary to me :

How do you check header number (302)?

Anyway, can 302 header be reason for pulling out search results?

I have found tool for checking headers:

BeeIcons.com return 302 found header, because I have following strings in my .htaccess:
redirect /Index.htm http://www.beeicons.com/index.htm
redirect /index.html http://www.beeicons.com/index.htm
redirect /Index.html http://www.beeicons.com/index.htm
