AdWords Client Review Process - Any Tips?

Hi all,

We are now at a stage where we have close to 200 client accounts and the review process needs to be managed in an effective way otherwise it can get messy. There isn't many of us so we need to be slick.

The 1st thing I have managed to do was create a system in our CRM that lists the clients by value, with a few other variables in there so we do not miss a review on lower value clients (flags them after x days and multiplies one of the variables to get it higher on the list, sort of thing)

This gives us the order in which to work on the client accounts which is really helpful.

I was wondering if anyone has any techniques for using the API to pull data and using it to make decisions on what to work on within an account?

Are there too many variables to try to get some sort of automation on what actions to take with an account?

I know the way I work is different to others in the office and someone else will have a different process as well, but there are main things which we all look at to make the decisions on what to do.

I have drank lots of beer pondering what magic could be waved around to help me, but the number of variables just make it an almost impossible task.

Has anyone got any tips on how to manage the review process in a slick way?
