Disabled website

Hi guys.

Last Saturday night, 26/4, my website's home page was crawled by Google at 23.30. Unfortunately I'd exceeded my web hosting's monthly bandwidth limit at 21.00 so they disabled the website till 1/5. Google of course, noticed this & so stopped listing me although I've not been banned, just severely relegated it would appear. Ironically, my sub pages on the site were crawled at 11.30am when I was still up & running & they appear without a problem. (Sod's law ;~).

I upgraded my hosting package 1st thing on Monday morning thus re-enabling the website but my concern is to get my homepage re-listed with Google as I've spent a lot of time optimising the site to get on Google's 1st page of a dog training search in my local area (UK). Any ideas or suggestions for the quickest way to get back into Google's listings?

I'm in the same boat (more or less) I'm on my 2nd week and waiting. I can't find anything to move them quicker. Yahoo and MSN have me up. Google moves at Google's pace.

Your site seems to have been re-crawled on 27 Apr 2008 22:20:59 GMT & you appear to be on the listings, Corneo. What was your search criteria? I just tried "bannerswap" & found you.

Anyone know if a sitemap would help? I'm guessing it's not a good idea to re-submit my site to Google?

I have 5 sites. Banner swap is just one of them. The one I'm talking about is not "XXX" but is a strong "R" so I won't post about it here.
