Average Length For You??

Hi

Basically im wondering what the average length in your experience with a website it is for a site to get fully listedin google

I have a site ive just completed for a client and googles been holding one page of it in its sights for about a month now but is yet to list the rest of the website!

How long does it usually take for google to build up more of a view of other pages on a website?

Thanks in advance!

Stuart

Depends on how many inbound links and spiderability, usually.

Most of mine get indexed in under 2 weeks.

I agree,

Lots of Inbound links and effective internal linking structure will ensure a site gets indexed. Works a treat!

after you have one or two good sites you kinda get to cheat by using their power and asking buddies for links to hook up your other sites so they get indexed quickly

oh, you're talking about something else
It all depends on the number of inbound links and their quality, I have a PR5, with hundreds of inbound links, and I got my whole site indexed in about 3 weeks. (3000) pages, now googlebot is always there

eCommando is liked by many
My experience with Google is it takes about 3 months to index all the pages if they are not within the first level in site structure. The first level and 2nd level pages gets index pretty quickly if you have a good pr.

i've been having problems recently with http://mobilephonereviews.us

Google has only indexed 18 of the 100+ pages in 3 weeks. and it doesn't show up in the serps for any keywords.

And I have links to it on every page of all these sites:
free-web-templates.us
thriftytemplates.com
wireless-phone-reviews.com
web-master-directory.com
mp3-player-reviews.us
invisionboardskins.com
exitoasis.com
eclipsegfx.com

Plus its in my sig at SPF. a link in my sig at SPF alone gave one of my sites a PR of 3, so it does count for something

disgust is liked by many
it completely depends on the inbound links.

beyond that just make sure you don't use session ids, really long urls, or a lot of "?"'s in the urls.
