site hacked/penalty/reinclusion request advice

a hacker got in and dumped a lot of spam links on our site which resulted in a Google penalty (a big one).

we are preparing a reinclusion request for google.

First of all, you must remove all of the spam links within your site before asking for reinclusion request.

Just tell what truly happened. Be direct to the point. Make it simple.

Then WAIT for their reply.(you need patience on this part )

We had the same problem with a site - we removed the bad links and fixed the issues and Google automatically re-included us.

Smile Wait

I believe all you need to do is wait or, better yet, get a quality backlink from another quality web site that's being crawled on a regular basis!
