Does google have a blacklist?

were you doing anything that might have got you delisted?

They definitely have a blacklist. You may have been penalized, or possibly a site that links to you was penalized and as a result their links are no longer being counted

it's very, very rare to get "grey'd" from google. if you're showing as a zero this hasn't happened. if you're blacklisted you'll just get a grey bar (not a white one).

it's very, very, very rare for them to do this.

most common penality is no change to PR but you don't "pass" any PR out to other sites.

well my site doesnt have a grey pr bar thank god :-), if i do that cache search in google it doesnt find anything. I got about 30 in and outbound links

well i noticed that some sites that were linked to mine had pr 0 asswell suddenly but they only had pr 2 or 3

The site linking to you, or a site linking to a site that links to you might have been penalized. This won't hurt you, but those links won't count towards PR anymore.

Google does not hold you accountable for sites that link to you.

if you got a penalty it is usually 60 days after you remove what caused the penalty to be applied

if your lack of pagerank is due to a lack of links you need to get links

if it is due to a hand applied penalty you are probably done for, but these are really rare
