It is hard to move away from sandbox but here my advices:

- remove all "black hat" tricks if it was applied to your site.
- update with content on a regular basis.
- don't build any low quality links (hundereds directories, hundereds articles, hundereds link exchanges, hundereds fake sites, parked domains etc).

- find only quality sites to link yours.
- contact Google if this problem exist for more than 3 month after you fixed everything.

If you're still 'sandboxed' then make the most out of your time in doing quality link building so Google might give you a chance to get out of it the soonest possible time. Then produce a quality content and a good site overall so Google won't refuse it..

Being on the sandbox means that SEs thinks that you don't have enough or much information yet for the visitors to get listed on their pages. So most probably, you should get a "real" content for your site. Also, gather quality links... I experienced that before and I suffered a month or two before I finally get on my feet again... Good luck..

I think one of my site has got into sandbox because of the problem that you mentioned and I was wondering what do we do after we build low quality links by submitting hundreds of articles.??

If you think your site got struck on a SandBox Effect, the first thing to do is wait. Or you have to prove to Google that you're not a spamming website. And to do that, you have to gain their trust. Get Good inbound links to your site and keep working on quality inbound links. The longer other web sites that links to your site the more likely it is that you'll get high rankings.

Fix all the problems, then resubmit your site to Google:

you just stand up and walk out. if you are too short or have no legs, use your arms to claw to the side, then grip the edge and use that to pull yourself out. if you have no arms and no legs...you shouldn't be on the internet

Very simple way to get out from sandbox. If you website contains fresh content then you must have some relevant backlinks from the high authority websites. Also work hard to increase backlinks using article submission and directory submission.

no need to resubmit. thats just admitting to them that you are a spammer. ive tried that before and they never respond anyway.

if you were penalized for dupe content, change up the words and you'll be back up in no time. also keep building links.

i think this best method is to wait and email them. If not get regular good quality content.
and up date is daily.

Build a xml site map.

But do not resubmit your site that is the worst to do.

If your site has good content and a well structure site with a good sitemap.

Google will pick it up.
