Can you imagine, people spam even Google pages to stuff it with ****** and other crap links.
I discovered over 10 000 pages on Google with buy ****** pages: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r...com+buy+******

But almost 90 - 99.99 % of them came from Google Groups, Google Products and Google Notebook which it was meant for public use. So i guess it was just fine and im pretty sure that Google knows that this will happen.

You are right, we are just doing our job as seo and link building for google site is one of them.

Spammers keep doing that because they can still make money out of it... Google can't handle everyone and they also focused more on other things.

Spammers want to earn more. So they spamming. If they go against the google rules then definately google will ban the spammers.

If they are in violation of Google's TOS, then they should be taken down. If the issue is still not in their TOS, then perhaps now is high time to include them

I know some one selling the Google Pages Bot, that auto generates the accounts and you dump in your links on another forum sold at some $15.00

May be they do not do it on purpose and it happens spontaneously. Discussion on such topics are bound to happen on blogs and forums too. And more over if Google does not index such pages then where will you find more resources related to such words? After all you can find whatever you want to find in Google. Am I not right?
