Yeah, moderate your comment. even better would be that you block his ip address on server level. I was getting the same, i blocked the useless spammer. it solved the problem.

I think most of these forum and blog spam posts like this are done with bots, which doesn't really make a difference if you block it or not, they see a form that allows them to post and it does exactly that. It does suck, just when you though that spam was all about email...

What you have to understand is that people will always try and get a link on your page because it is technically "free money" for them to have a link on your page.

I used to have this myself, most of them went away when I put in CaPTCHA, some annoying shoe shop keeps spamming still so I keep banning the IP
