Google tells to the public, that a page with a rank 0 may have been penalised due to antinomian content. For most siteowners this is an open defamation. Anyone who has a page with a rank 0 and nothing on it that he feels like being antinomian, may accuse Google to remove the defamation and to pay $50.000 or even $2.000.000 for amends. Even if Google removes the defamation now, it must pay itself bankrot to the Siteowners that come first for all the defamation in the past.

I have stated topics similar to your examples on some of my sites.

PageRank is Google's and your concept here is highly flawwed. I can make a ranking system and chose to ignore you and / or give you no rank. PageRank is Google's link popularity ranking system. Nothing more, nothing less.

You all aggree really that i may write on my site - because it's mine - that Bush should be killed? But nobody would kill Bush because everybody knows killing is not allowed? But defamation is also not allowed. How can it be defined by law in a purely logical way that at the same time any speech is free and speech that is against a 'more important' law is not free? laws are weird. just like google has pagerank we have forum rankings...junior member, elite member, guru, god, JS...

it is our own proprietary ranking system. google does not usually directly determine the pagerank of most sites. it is determined by other people linking to you.

it does not matter if you have the best site in the world. if nobody links to it then google probably will not find your site. it is not googles job to promote webmasters sites, just like it is not your responsibilty to make changes to their algorithm or proprietary ranking indicators.

As I have seen the Rank of 0 i was shocked because this could mean my site contains something that google dislikes or counts as antinomian. Backwards I got aware that other people may see my rank of 0 and understand that i am a criminal. Google should make clear statements. A rank of 0 means something went wrong. It was litereally written on the google site, that a criminal page can be identified by the rank of 0. Pages that are not yet indexed, give no ranking information at all. The statusbar then tells "no ranking info available". If indexed, the least rank is 1. A rank of 0 means a criminal or worse designed page.

On one Hand Goolge is OK. On the other Hand Google leads leads to confusion, frustration, inhuman link tweaking and - as explained - to defamation.

I am going to reference you to the original pagerank documents. from there you can gain an understanding of the system and how a pagerank of 0 means that you are not well socially connected in the web. it means absolutely nothing about twitching or defamation.
