Google Adsense Revenue Sharing

Has anyone done anything with Google Adsense revenue sharing? Here is an idea that I saw on the internet but wasn't sure if anyone had tried anything like it. My website www.TravelKind.com is like most chat forums only making money when someone clicks on an ad from Google. The site is fairly new and I am trying to attract new users and I thought of offering them a percentage of the Adsense money. Any thoughts?

I agree that 50% would be fair.

Depends how small or how big the amount is. Example:
50% of zero is still zero =P

I am doing revenue sharing on my forum. Its not really a big help getting new users from my experience. Thats mainly because people hardly click on ads in forums.

webcosmo,
I have had the same experience of not many user clicking on ads in forums. Do you know of any (legal or legitimate) way to get more users to click on relevant ads?
Thanks

Rev sharing definitely attracts some of the *wrong* types of people who might post just to increase their post count... take DP for example (no offense DP).

I think in general it's a good idea, and 50% seems to be the standard.

Well I don't think there is much legit ways, unless you wanna use non-legit ways

The best way to increase earnings is increase visitors, so you get more clicks.

Amongst other things you can test with ad placement, design, number of ads to see if they make any difference.

Revenue sharing generally gives about a penny a day. I am talking about the high traffic forum DP; you can imagine how it is about others. With a penny earning a day people hardly get interested even using it. But thats my experience of course, you may have otherwise
