Google Refund

This is the correct location for this post. Waiting for a mod to delete it from the other section I posted at.

I set my MAX cost-per-click to 80 cents on accident. It was SUPPOSED to be 8 CENTS, not 80 cents.


At 11:17 AM on August 22nd, my Google Adwords account shows that I DECREASED from 80 cents BACK DOWN to 8 cents per click from 80 cents per click.

At 5:00 AM on August 23rd approximately 18 hours later I show 25 clicks within 1 hour at 35 cents per click average.

At 6:00 AM on August 23rd I show more clicks until my total is over 100 clicks at 37 cents average cost per click.

The timestamps on my STATCOUNTER logs reveal that these clicks were received between 5:00 and 7:00 AM on August 23rd

( I had cleared my stats to better log the google traffic, for safety and monitoring purposes. )

The REPORTS and CHANGE HISTORY on my Google Adwords account confirm these times, dates, clicks, and changes to my account.

So what happened was I PAUSED my account at 11:17 AM August 22nd and DECREASED my MAX COST PER CLICK from 80 cents to 8 cents. My Google logs CONFIRM THIS TO BE TRUE and ARE SHOWING ME THESE CHANGES MADE WITH TIMES IN THE LOGS.

18 HOURS LATER I receive over 100 clicks at 25, 35, 40 cents per click within 2 and a half hours time at an average of 37 cents per click.

Costing me almost $40 that I DID NOT want to spend.

I should be refunded my money and my account balance should be returned, correct?
