It's not Opacity it's called a silhoette . And I made it to his specs, not my own.

what exactly do you find wrong with opacity in this picture? Would like to hear your opinion, because I often do not know how to use it.

The Red Flag isn't blended in too well, it would be a better idea to stretch the flag then have it cover up half the sig as it looks messy.
