Critique This Logo Please
I have two variations of the logo:

V1:

V2:

Also, for the text of the logo, whcih one from the two down, the one same as the icon, or the one below that. the first version down basically means ill use the same as in the icon.



Please also post any genral opinions of how you like the logo, and what i should change.
Also, maybe some advie on good colours would be helpful.
