Pimp, use the "extract" tool for that... it works like a charm for hair ...
... You can extract that image along with every hair on her head from that bkg in about 30 seconds to a minute with extreme ease.
Check this out ..

Well actually, you do have to do a tiny bit of clean-up, because the hair is a somewhat dark image and you're extracting it from a dark bkg ... so it would be more like 5 minutes maybe, for this one ...
.. not too much erasing involved though, if you use extract.
I did this in about 3 minutes .. but it still needs some brightening/sharpening ..

I didn't have time to do anything else. I'll do something now if he still wants me to but he hasn't replied.

If you choose mine, I will PM you the url to get the PSD from.
If you need her blended into a particular scene/background, I will do that for you if you wish ..
.. a text link will not be necessary.

Thanks, Leon and Uber... I'm not the greatest at making tutorials ..
I just hope I didn't leave out any other critical steps, like I did at first and had to correct it after someone pointed out a problem they were having following it... LOL
Welcome back Uber...
Where'd ya go? ..
