Church preschool site

what do you think of the general design its pretty much for the parents to check updates with. The church asked it i could throw something together.

Looks good. The title and tag line look just slightly out of place. Maybe just a few pixels to low or too high. Still look very good though.

It looks good, but I would expect it to be more preschool-y - maybe more colorful and less square.

Yes to the caption allignment comments and to the v 1.0 thing. But I have a sense that the site is for parents rather than preschoolers, so if I correctly understand the term "preschool-y", I would not go for it.

As a parent I always found it very confusing to have to click some stupid flower or some little clown jumping out of the box.

Overall I really like the design. Clean, straight-forward and looks like it will be easy to navigate. While you don't need clowns jumping out of a box (lol), maybe a bit more of a pre-schooly look would be appropriate. To me the fancy font doesn't work quite right with the cool-blue techno look as well. But, again, I do like the design as a design.

littleFella, I am not talking about clowns jumping out of boxes. Just some subtle kid-like stuff to make it seem more like a site for a preschool.

Maybe a more colorful site with some photos and graphics incorporated into the design.

I guess the word "preschool-y" just brought a different idea to my mind. I was imagining all those colorful creaters with heads larger than their bodies and stick-like bodies

If you change the fonts on that template, you have a counterstrike clan looking thing.
