2 suggestions

Add some padding to the main content area (3px - 5px), and maybe a different font?

I am at work now so I can see it.

I say this all the time, but I'll say it now, too. The page background looks like it should be a different color than the background where the content is. It should at least have a border.

I would make the font less blurry, or change it. I don't know if you intend to put something over the blank area in your banner, but if you aren't you probably should, and last, expand the info area so there is no blank space on the sides. It looks uneven to have the rest of the page a certain width and the info area smaller, and on 1024x768 its just too much blank space.

I don't plan on having anything else on there, not yet at least, but I think of anything else to put there and I don't think expanding the content area would look very good.

And I tried a few different colors for the background, but I couldn't find any that I thought looked good. Any suggestions?

i like the soft metal look but the buttons should be more graphical like kinda alien looking more reflections mayeb colors that would go are black also change font or size to squisehed
