Honestly both look bad. They look like really old IBM logos. You'd be better off buying a shared logo for $49.

hi, they look good for the first logo but I would make it more simple & I would remove the shadow from the text.

number 2 looks best as the transparency of #1 looks bad on my screen, also the font on the word GRID is kind of thin.

The simplicity and the lightness of the logo makes it good to the eye. That's why I like the second one.

i dont find aaa logo creator the best option for logo design. Photoshop and illustrator will still the best for logo design.

Definitely not bad for your first logo! I recommend changing up the text though to something more professional.

Both logos are good but there are still room for improvement. IF you go to smashingmagazine website you can find a lot of resources there. If possible learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, you can create wonderful logos and vectors its like having the best of both worlds.
