Not bad! I vote for a new font though, something more professional. Also, ditch the reflection on the text.

What would make the logo pop out alot more is: create a new layer, select the gradient tool, at the top menu, change the gradient type to a radial gradient, select the color white, and draw a white circular gradient in the middle of the logo. Then, set the layer to overlay. It would make the green look way better! Adjust the size and opacity as desired.

I like it but...

With logos you need to think about how they will scale. The smaller the logo the more loss of green overlays will show. You might want to make more smooth separations of color. So each trianglish thing would have one stipe down the middle dividing the color.

It does look very nice though!
