just wandering how long those backgrounds take you to make, not the flame things, the wierd backgrounds you always make, is it like 10 sec or more like 10 mins.

It depends ... I run a screensaver program that cotinuously changes (builds) abstract designs but is "non-repetitive", and is designed to let you capture any point in it's progression, and edit the capture by adding, subtracting and creating customized "nodes" of color, also you can vary the width, positioning, and edge fade of the nodes. It then lets you save them to your hard drive in any size you choose. Many times the images you capture are cluttered with undesirable elements which must be removed (I call this "clean up") and clean up on some is not easy and requires considerable Photoshop skill, and on others require little to no clean up, so it all depends. When clean up is done you alot of times have a great graphic in itself, but I like to work them further in PS and customize them in different ways. Alot of times they need to be customized, for proper adaptation with various other environments.

me too...  ... some of them aren't too bad though ... I just have to learn which ones aren't too tacky I guess, and work with them..
