maybe use your 2D look you have going in your banner to make a silver nav bar fit or something along those lines, so that there is less red... plus it would help the navbar stand out. Other wise ONLY your header will have the nice 2D and it will seem kinda wasted to now some how keep a good thing going especially when your told to have less of a solid color
