Its all good tho, at least you took the time to make your own globe and not take one from another site. If your going to change it anyways, Id change the 3d arrow and maybe put like a grid behind it

ok....
I edited the globe, and I didn't design it, it was some stock clipart I have on disk... when I designed the IMR site it was "business-look" that I was going for... clean simple... I didn't realize that it was going to be this someday.
as far as the dogs humping... they are gone... i took care of them.
