I just liked the picture. This is my last class in school, so it is sort of like coming out of the cave I have been in....seeing the light?

Really I just liked the shadow and light in the picture.

yeah thats what i done on me own portfolio, the one i posted in here, cos it's stuff that means stuff to me, wich i think is a good basis for a portfolio.

The buttons look a little too "flat" to me.

I think the picture of the person right under your name gives the impression that it's you in the picture.

I don't even like buttons. But if I use them, I prefer flat. I will probably make them change colors or something.

I didn't think about the picture being mistaken for me.

It is the most crowded site I have ever made. I prefer more type then graphics but it won't work in this class.

No I agree... The " Graphic Design" should not be in all caps with the brush script font. should either use a different font or make it lowercase....

looking at it again... you've got this huge white page and these black block elements that just don't fit. Why does the post-it note have to be against black? Why not on white and that would give some room for 'design' to breathe, and not look so cramped. I think separating the term graphic design is a bad idea, and you might change your mind about reversing the type on the bottom block... maybe just a black rule border if you HAVE to define a box.
