Thats a 3209 x 2382 now... a rectangle. Its proportions will not allow it to be made into 977 x 377 without stetching it beyond recognition.

If you want to include it without ruining the scale in a header that's 977 x 377... you can resize to a height of 377, in which case the pic will be a tad over 500 wide.

I agree completely with Rob on this one. For an image to render properly you must constrain the proportions to the same ratio. You might be able to do some cropping befrore you resize to make the width a tad more than what he said.

As a side note you can use other elements to the left or right of the image to increase the width of the overall header.

I´ve resized the picture for you to the size you requested.

I don´t know if this helps you out, since the scale is stretched out.

Zephyr that turned out a lot better than I would have thought possible. With no people, cars or known images in the field it really worked well.

I hope it's good enough for thedude, hehe
It lost the impression of the building though. The normal picture shows a high and small building, though the resized one is wide and doesn't give you the impression that it is high.

If this isn't what you were looking for, I suggest you take another picture if still possible.

Take it from a position where you center the building and take more of the environment on the sides. This will make it possible to keep the correct scale.

It's also possible for me to just cut out the building and create an imaginated environment around it, I think it's better you keep it in the real one though.

I tried to mess around a bit with the image, but I have to agree with Zephyr that it would be way better if you could take a new shot of the building.
