Yes, yours is a lot better. But take out the grunge from the nav and take out some of the grunge overall. It has too much IMO

the grude on the nav is really from the header.

Yours is better but learn to optimise your images properly. I know it isn't cut up but that is a huge old image you have there.

is it soo young or so young? like grammar wise ur site is better but too grungy imo try it html'ised with an easier to read font .. but its good also

its still so young and i didnt write any of that, i they sent me what they want writen

I like yours a lot more but it still needs a little work.. maybe lowering the opacity on the grunge effects.. it's too black / white / red - get more variance in the tones of each of those colors.

The tennis net as the background for the content doesn't fit in with the overall design IMO.
